I started with Equitable Advisors in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2018 I was invited to join the producer group, Life Capital Partners, as an Executive assistant, which I happily expected. My draw to Life Capital Partners, was because it was the first and only group under Equitable that was founded by all Latino Men. I am first generation Latino woman. My family is originally from Cuba and Peru, and I knew by joining Life Capital Partners, we would all have the same cultural values surrounding the importance of family. As a team, Life Capital Partners treats all their members like family which translate into their business and how they treat their clients
